Our Side Lift Ottoman Bed is a fantastically competitive faux leather, ottoman storage bed that opens from the side.

The bedframe is upholstered in a faux leather material with a medium sheen.

The headboard, sides and footboard are foam padded for both comfort and styling.

The headboard is slightly wider than main bedframe to give a more contemporary design.


The Side Lift ottoman bed features hydraulic gas lift arms that raise the mattress base revealing huge amounts of hidden storage space.

The unique function of this ottoman bed is that the frame lifts up from the sides and can be constructed to open from either the left or right hand side depending on where you want to place the bed in your room.

This means you can place the bed against a wall and yet still access the full under bed storage area.


The frame will remain upright once lifted to give you both hands free to remove or store items underneath.

Supplied with a woven cloth which fits over the base of the bed so you are not storing items directly onto your bedroom floor.

PLEASE NOTE:

The main cost of making an ottoman bed is in the gas lift arms.

Cheap ottoman beds will often be supplied with inferior gas lift arms which will struggle to stay open with a mattress on top.

If the gas lift arms fail it will cost you around the same price as buying a whole new bed.

Our gas lift arms are of the highest quality and tested to the extreme so that you can use any mattress with them.

The inside Storage Height is approx 25cm on all sizes, allowing the metal mattress frame to sit slightly below the level of the footboard and siderails.

The mattress support system is made of wooden sprung slats, held in place by plastic clips which fit neatly into the metal frame.

The bedframe carries a 1 year manufacturing warranty against defects.
